You can cancel within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation. To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer care team. 

For pre-orders we offer a return 14 days upon arrival to a partly non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount. 

We offer complimentary shipping for any returned item. To return your order, contact our customer care team to begin the return process. 

If your return is approved, we send an email to notify you and you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

We apologize for the inconvience. Email us at info@caulichamps.com with clear pictures of the package and the damaged item and we will issue you a return label immediately. 

Your order will arrive 60-75 days from receiving the order confirmation. You will be notified when your order is on its way.

Contact our customer care team to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in the email to follow your shipment’s progress.

We offer free shipping worldwide

Import fees and customs tariffs are not included in your final checkout total. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties by the country in which the package is shipped and received.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. We do not offer the actual insurance. 

Yes, we offer resizing for selected items. Please get in touch with our customer care team for more information. 

Our products can be purchased in your local currency. When you select a currency, all prices are automatically converted to that currency.

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, Klarna Pay later, Apple Pay, Paypal and Google Pay.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
